Q. What is The Loyalty Rewards Program?

The Power Garage Loyalty Reward Program is our way of saying “Thank you for being our customer!” With the Loyalty Rewards Program, you automatically earn points on orders placed online or in-store.

Q. How do I earn Rewards points?

Once you have signed up for the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will automatically earn points on orders placed online or in-store. To start collecting Loyalty Rewards points, provide a dealership representative with your First and Last Name, Cell Phone Number, and Email Address. This information will be used to track purchases and collect points. Your email must be an active address. You will need to use this email address to access the Points Portal. On the Points Portal, you will be able to track transactions and points as well as redeem points for purchases. All points earned are available the next day for redemption as long as you have accumulated at least 500 points (worth $10).

Q. How many points will I earn with my purchase?

The number of points earned will vary based on the item(s) purchased. A certain percentage of the purchase will be added to your Rewards account, as seen below:

• For all Parts, Accessory, and Service Purchases: 1 point per dollar spent. 2 cents per point = 2%. Example: $100 purchase = 100 points x $0.02 = $2.00 toward a future purchase.
• For New or Used Major Unit Purchases: Varies depending on Sales Programs, Unit Class, and Value. See Dealer For More Details on Major Unit Points Purchases.
• Referrals for Purchases Over $5000: Earn 2000 Points!

*Please note that the Our Store Policy of our Loyalty Rewards System does not give points on merchandise already substantially discounted during purchase. Q. How do I check my point balance?

You may check your Loyalty Rewards point balance online or in-store. To check your balances online, visit www.thepowergarage.ca under Customer Corner.

Q. Will I earn rewards points when I redeem my gift card as a method of payment?

Points are earned on qualifying merchandise only. Payments made by gift cards will be deducted from the merchandise total before points are accumulated. The purchaser of the gift card you are redeeming earned the Loyalty Rewards points.

Q. Can I redeem my Loyalty Rewards points when ordering online?

You may use your Loyalty Rewards points for purchases made online, provided you have accumulated at least 500 points ($10.00). However, you must have an existing account before redeeming points online. You must sign in to your account, and then the option to redeem your points will be on the Payment Screen in the checkout process. Your name and address (on the billing address) must be the same on both your account and your Loyalty Rewards account.

Q. Can I use my points to purchase a major unit?

You may use up to a maximum of 50% of the retail value of the major unit in points. Example: A unit retails for $400.00; you may redeem up to 10,000 points (value of $200.00) towards the purchase.

Q. Great! How do I sign up?

You may sign up for the Loyalty Rewards program by calling 519-533-1300 or making an in-store purchase, providing the required information, then selecting the option to join the Loyalty Rewards program.

Q. What is the redemption value of each point?

For Loyalty Rewards points, the redemption value of each point is $0.02. Point value is not redeemable for cash.

Q. Can I redeem my Loyalty Rewards points at either business location?

Yes. The Power Garage Loyalty Rewards points can be redeemed for purchases at any of The Power Garage locations, including online purchases.

Q. Do I need to use all my Loyalty Rewards by a particular date?

Yes, Loyalty rewards do expire 365 days after receiving them. So you will need to use yours before your expiration date. For more details, ask an associate.
